Real estate agencies application
GreenWave solutions has entered first beta testing for application that is to be used in real estates agencies. System is web oriented, developed in PHP with custom browser that is to be used with this application. Interface is very intuitive, in design phase. Most of options for core of system are almost done, and some of options are in beta testing. First alpha release can be expect in 2 weeks, when first screenshots would be available.

Sometimes real estate agents work without owning any type of real estate brokerage. You should be aware of such things at the appointing a real estate agent. You should check classifieds for the brokers in your local area as well as the area where you want to buy real estate. Verify the reputation of real estate broker/firm.
